What is a title sequence (3)

A title sequence is basically credits that is shown throughout the introduction of a film. For example at the opening of the film there will be credits with the name of the film institution such as Walt Disney and then the film title will appear and then there will be many credits of the film cast and directors and many others who are involved in the film. The similarity with most films is that while the credits are running they tend to introduce the characters in the background e.g for Mean Girls they introduce the main character by putting their attention on her at the beginning and focusing on her until she arrives for her new school.
